Plot Summary of Hidden Talents
" Caleb Ventress, a successful business man, has spent his entire life compensating for the mistakes that his parents made before he was born. His father, a married man, had an affair with Caleb's mother. His family was then blackmailed with nude photos of his father's mistress. After the deaths of his parents Caleb was raised by his father's family, but was never allowed to forget the circumstances of his birth. He vowed never to make the same mistake his father did, never to let passion rule his life.
Shortly after signing a business contract with Serenity Makepeace, a grocery store owner from the eccentric town of Witt's End, Caleb learns that she is receiving blackmail threats because of a set of nude photos. Although disgusted at first, Caleb can't seem to fight his attraction to Serenity. But before Caleb and Serenity can move on with their relationship, they must first figure out who's blackmailing Serenity and why."
