| Plot Summary of His Lady Bride |
"Knight Aric Neville is popularly known as 'White Tiger' for his
legendary battlefield skills. Having had enough to do with war and bloodshed, he resigns to a village to lead a solitary life. He is shunned and feared by the villagers who think he is a sorcerer and an evil man. Gwyneth is forced to marry Aric by her uncle in an attempt to end the drought in the village.
Gwenyth is furious having been forced to marry Aric and finds it
difficult to accept him as her husband. Aric doesn't make any attempt to tell her about his past until one day when he is lured out of his hermit life, to save one of his friends. Gwenyth, after learning the truth about her husband stature is so happy with the prospect of a bright future. Aric sees her new found love to him as a falsehood.
One day, he's summoned by his King, Richard III, to fight the invading Henry Tudor army. Aric dislikes the king as he believes Richard III ascended the throne immorally. But, to save his people and his wife from the king's wrath, he needs to go to war. Though he doesn't trust his wife's love fully, he strongly feels the need to help her be happy and at the same time be true to his conscience and uphold his honor."
