"Lynn Wyman is a linguist who has become famous for the "Wyman Method" of counseling. She has observed that men and women mean different things when they speak and their relationships can be greatly improved if men learn "womanspeak". However, Lynn's credibility as a marriage counseler is damaged by her divorce, so Lynn decides to regain some of her clients by turning Brendon Brock "America's Toughest Boss" into "America's Most Sensative Boss". Lynn is sucessful, and she and Brendon even embark on a romance, but soon Lynn realizes that someone is out to sabatoge her career and destroy her happiness, and she must find out who it is."
