| Plot Summary of Cat On A Hot Tin Roof |
"Big Daddy, a great owner of lands in Mississipi, is dying of cancer and his family around him want to inherit the fortune. He's got two sons, Gooper and Brick.
Gooper, the older son, has the papers to get the money but wants it all only for him, his wife Mae and his children. On the other side, Margaret, Brick's wife, also fights like "a cat on a hot tin roof" for the fortune, faking a pregnancy.
However, Big Daddy's most beloved son, Brick, is not enthusiastic about inherit anything at all and he needs help: he's a heavy drinker since his best friend died after a mysterious incident, which might have involved homosexual feelings toward each other.
Big Daddy must choose, but first he must understand his disease and his family."
