"In this seventh book of the Baudelaire orphans they are sent to be raised by a village. These people have very weird rules and strange ideas. They have the children do all their chores. The townspeople have been convienced by Count Olaf (who is acting as a detective) that the children have committed murder. Of course they escape from jail, free their friends and Count Olaf gets away as well."
