| Plot Summary of Love Me Tonight |

"The main female character is left alone to tend the farm after her husband is killed fighting for the south in the Civil War. When the war is over, a Yankee shows up with his young son looking for work in order to earn enough to het his son back home to Maryland. Even though they are worlds apart as far as society is concerned, they work together, care for each other and manage to fall in love in a time that did not allow for such."
