Phillip meets up with a woman who does not tell anyone she is Seth's biological aunt, and is there to decide for herself if he should go back to his mother. When he finds out her real purpose...
The Quinn boys are still battling the insurance company and rumors that their father committed suicide, rather than face the "fact" that Seth was the result of his own adultury.
Everything gets resolved, in its fashion, and it's always nice to check in on Roberts' characters from previous books. A good read."
