Plot Summary of C.S. Lewis: a biography
"Amongst the many biographies of Lewis, this is the nearest we will ever get to the 'official' version. Roger L. Green was a longstanding friend of Lewis, and Walter Hooper briefly his secretary. They have produced the biographer's biography: detailed, thorough, balanced, not too laudatory, not too revealing. There is much useful comment on his books and his many friends and colleagues. His achievements and struggles are all covered. A solid work throughout."
Michael JR Jose, Resident Scholar
