This book is about a young teen trying to find out what happened in her beloved town. There was a fire in 1959 that everyone suddenly doesn't remember! The fire also just happened to the only black teacher in town. When she begins to suspect her own grandparents and her crush's grandparents she starts to wonder if she really wants to know what happened and who really did it.
