| Plot Summary of Shopoholic Ties the Knot |
"Rebecca Bloomwood gets engaged to the man she loves and is ecstatic. However, so is her mother, who begins to plan a lovely wedding for her daughter in England. Becky wants to get married in England, but then finds out her fiance's rigid mother is also planning a wedding for them--a ritzy affair that is the wedding of every girl's dreams. Becky has to decide what's more important, a fairy-tale wedding, or a wedding at home with her family and friends. When she decides she can't let down her family and goes with the wedding in England, she finds out she cannot back out of the ritzy wedding for fear of being sued. Ultimately, Becky gets both weddings, one being for show to please her future mother-in-law, and the other to celebrate the love she has for her fiance, her family, and her home. "
