Plot Summary of Desperation
"A group of people encounter an evil force in a small desert town. "
Robert A. DeFrank, Resident Scholar

"Theres a place along Interstate 50 that some call the loneliest place on Earth. It's know as Desperation, Nevada. It's not a very nice place to live. Desperation is a story about a couple in love, a writer on a roadtrip and the man the man looking after him, a family headed for las vegas, a hitchhiker and the cop that brings them all together to the little mining town of Desperation, Nevada.

These people will all be brought into Desperation by the cop Collie Entragian. After they are all thrown in jail it's up to a little boy named Jack Carver to try to get them out and start the beginning of their trek to freedom from desperation and for finding the truth out about what happened in the past and whats happening in the present. If they stick together they just might stop the evil presence that haunts this town and is trying to kill them.
