After that, Cordelia returns to England and finds a job as a headmistress in Colby Abbey Academy. There she meets Sir Jason Verringer, an arrogant and dashing landowner, who inmediately likes Cordelia and starts a flirty chase to get her love. But Cordelia can't forget the stranger in the woods, and as time passes, she starts to think that she imagined him. She has to find out if the man in the woods is actually real, while strange things happen in the Academy. One of the students runs away with a stranger that she met on the woods... And Cordelia has a feeling that it has to do with the stranger of the time of The Hunter's Moon."
