| Plot Summary of Lullaby |
"What would you do if you held death in your hand? Who would you kill, if anyone? And what if you had, inadvertantly used this power to kill your family? Carl Streator is holding death, and he's not quite sure how to handle it. After accidentily killing his family with the mysterious culling song, Carl goes on a crusade to find and destroy every copy ever printed. He joins up with Helen Hoover Boyle, a real estate agent who sells haunted houses, her secretary Mona Sabbat, a Wiccan with a purpose, and Mona's angst-ridden boyfriend, Oyster. Lullaby is eerie and questioning... "

"Lullabye is quite simply about the power of sound. Investigative reporter Carl Streator discovers a poem out of Africa that has the power to make you sleep...forever. This culling song as it is called is in a children's book and now Streator must race to try and destroy all copies before it falls into the wrong hands."
