| Plot Summary of The King of the Castle |

"Dallas Lawson is a young woman who learns painting and other forms of art from her father. When her father dies, she decides to take over his business restoring old paintings. She arrives at Chateau Gaillard where her father had been hired to restore the family portraits. She falls for the Comte and uncovers a web of lies and betrayal. Then Dallas discovers the family's best kept secret and endangers her own life and the lives of all those she holds dear."
