Plot Summary of A Murder in Thebes
"

Historical mysteries are fun to read and this one is no exception. It is the second in
Apostolou's Alexander the Great books. It is 331 B.C. and two of Alexander's favored
officers are brutally murdered by a treacherous spy. Naturally, Alexander demands that
spy be brought to trial (and justice!). It takes the clever investigation of Miriam and
Simeon, Alexander's two Israelite friends at court, to sort out this complex and intriguing
mystery.
