" Bannor the Bold has returned from war only to face his most terrifying enemies yet: his twelve irrepressible children. In desperation, he sends his trusted friend out to find him a wife, capable of taking care of his children and homely enough not to tempt him and his legendary fertility. What he doesn't expect is Lady Willow, a woman who's been used and abused by her family for the past thirteen years and surprisngly, wants no part of Lord Bannor's rambunctious family. Yet there's something about the mysterious lord and his family that intrigues WIllow, who's known only hardship and empty promises since she was six years old.
