Plot Summary of Ladder of Years
"This is the story of a housewife who feels invisible and taken for granted by her family. On the spur of the moment, during a beach vacation, she decides to just walk away from it all and set up a new life in a small town. She embarks on a voyage of self-discovery, then has to deal with the consequences of her actions when she comes in contact with her husband and children again. A wonderful novel about finding and centering yourself no matter what the cost."
