| Plot Summary of Envy |
"Maris Matherly-Reed is a well known editor. Her father is a successful publisher. Her husband, Noah Reed, is an author. Maris receives an interesting manuscript that is only the beginning of what she thinks would make an good novel. This doesn't come by easily. Howeve, the author only put his initials and not a full name or how he could be contacted. The return address is an obscure island off the Georgia coast. The search for this writer is on. Maris finds this writer who's full name turns out to be Parker Evans. He is reluctant to tell anything of his past. Maris works with Parker as he unfolds his book a chapter at a time. As the story comes together Maris figures out this is more than fiction. At the same time she very much attracted to Parker. Her marriage is falling apart. This man captivates her. In Parkers crime novel their is a resemblance of all the characters that are to real. Maris goes on another hunt to find out just how much of this crime is true and who the murderer is. The ending is breath taking as all the pieces of this puzzle come together."
