|"Sizzling thriller about a bio-terrorist with the perfect plan to deploy the super germ weapon. Set in Washington DC & written before 9/11, The President wants to seize control over the Senate & Congress by leaving those that oppose him trapped in the city with bio-weapon. The President orders the city closed, trapping thousands inside and American troops to squash growing rebellion in the city. Washington DC in chaos leaves the world wondering who is in charge of America's nuclear arsenal. Nations turned against the American President when his motives become obvious. NATO wants to invade to recapture control of the American Government while the Canadians conspire to conceal a quarum of the Congress hiding in secret. The perfect plan, to release the weapon is crushed by two high school students that were caught up in the action. A disgraced American President is dispose of to avoid further complications of international politics. The intelligence of the bio-terrorist leaves an innocent on the hook. "
