Retribution is a pretty short "book", at 170 pages, if you enjoy vampire/werewolf/witch romances, though, this is a great series. My main complaint is that, just when you get to know and like the characters, the book is over. Mac was such a sexy hero that I definitely wanted to spend more time with him! Also, there are six books in this series and then Wilder just leaves the reader hanging so be aware that it is not complete. All of the books feed off of each other, but it is not necessary to read them in order (although they make a lot more sense if you do). They are available at much cheaper prices in ebook format. Keep an eye out and you can get all 6 for a pretty good deal, just remember that they are very short!
