"Meg Venturi went back to the small town that she was raised in after her grandfather, and very strong paternal presence died. She went back out of respect, but stayed because of the reading of the will. Her grandfather had known that she didn't want to take over the jewelry business, so he purposefully left her half the ownership of the store with a mysterious looking fellow called Riley. Several odd events begin happening, and odd rings begin appearing in the mail. No one knows who is doing these things, but they are obviously not doing them out of niceness. In the end, Meg figures out the perpetrator, but is shocked to find that it is someone she loves and trusts."
Corrie Andrianakos, Resident Scholar
