"This is the story of a girl who falls in love with a young, handsome doctor. She is innocent and really kind. I think she is somewhat awkward about her looks. She has two best friends, Nan and Eve. Nan sleeps with her boyfriend, Jack and pretends that the child that she is expecting is Jack's one when she was actually pregnant when she slept with Jack. Jack betrays her two times in the book by sleeping with two different women. "
