| Plot Summary of Martians, Go Home |
"Luke Devereaux is a science fiction writer who has retreated to a cabin in the mountains for inspiration. Then the Martians appear. They look like the stereotypical little green men but they don't want to invade earth, they just want to annoy mankind. Having Kwimmed (teleported) from Mars they can't touch anything physically or be physically touched themselves but they can see in the dark and can see through walls and take great delight in revealing all our secrets and generally causing irritation. Luke Devereaux is convinced that the aliens are figments of his imagination and sets about to try and unimagine them. At the same time an African witch doctor goes through a juju (ceremony) to get rid of the pesky martians. Also Hiram Pedro Oberdorffer, a deaf janitor, invents an anti-extraterrestrial subatomic supervibrator which he is convinced will rid the world of martians. Or will Ishurti the great radio announcers speech to the martians convince them to go?"
