| Plot Summary of Growing Up with Scoliosis |
"There's a new book out for teens, preteens, and their families called Growing Up with Scoliosis. It's a young girl's story about growing up with a curvature of the spine called scoliosis and is written and illustrated by Connecticut resident Michelle Spray.
The book takes the reader through every emotion and experience of having scoliosis beginning with the very first diagnosis. The reader will enjoy the funny stories
that are part of this young girl's journey and friends and family will finally understand what scoliosis patients are going through. It's a great resource for teens who are dealing with puberty as well as self-esteem issues.
Growing Up with Scoliosis is recommended by the National Scoliosis Foundation.
