Plot Summary of The Bridges of Madison County
" Francesca Johnson, a farmer's wife, gave up all her girlhood dreams a long time ago to fit into her new life in a small Iowa town. Robert Kincaid, a photographer, is on a journey to look for covered bridges. Who knew that these two people were meant to be star crossed lovers?
This is a story of self discovery and the love that should have been. We all can relate to the novel, for everyone has had a deep romance that for one reason or another could never be. You will feel yourself jumping into the characters for a hard realization of the true powers of love."

"A good story and an easy read. I read this book in one day although I was given the book to read and wasn't sure I would like it, I was surprised. This story touches on the lives of 3 people. A husband, a wife, and the man that drifted into town. It made me feel a range of emotions while reading this book; I got angry, smiled to myself, and cried and cried. This book isn't to deep, not a real thinker. A good beach book."
