| Plot Summary of Stalker |
"Faye Kellerman's book introduces a new character Cindy Decker. She is a rookie cop in the LAPD's Hollywood Division. She senses that she is being watch but really isn't sure. So many other things are going with her job,she ignores her feelings. This book has alot of thing going on. A car jacking ring. A couple of murders. A the good old boys club in the police force.
The book is a little slow moving but soon the plot and all the sub plot come together. "

"The lead character (Cindy Decker) is stalked by another police officer who believes that she has linked him to a murder and related carjackings. The book rather tediously guides one towards the climax where the stalkers identity is revealed."

"A slight twist on kellermans' Decker/lazarus books. This time, the main character is Peter Deckers' daughter, Cindy. Now part of the LAPD, Cindy becomes the target of a stalker. Somehow, the crimes against her, a note left in her car and the invasion of her appartment, are linked to a murder from over a year ago. While Peter Decker is invistigating a rash of carjackings, he begins to find evidence that these could also be related. Who would want to hurt Cindy? How is she involved? Can Peter and Cindy, along with Marge and Scott, Peter's partners, solve the crime before it's too late?"
