1. Favorite book and why?
Fast Women by Jennifer Crusie I identify so much with the characters. It's a mixture of romance, mystery and humor.

2. Least favorite book and why?
Anything by Danielle Steele - they are good at first but then start sounding the same - no real surprises anymore

3. Favorite scene in favorite book and why?
Fast Women - The scene where the main character smashes her cheating ex-husbands crystal icicle awards all over his office. I laughed my butt off!

4. Favorite character and why?
Suze. She thinks she has it all together and finds out her life isn't really what she thought. I identify.

5. Which character do you identify most with and why?
Suze & Nell. I've been through a lot of the hurt, loneliness, new starts and heartache they have. They are both strong and independent women who welcome change. They also have a sense of humor about it all. They're not afraid of self discovery and speak their minds.

6. If you could see a sequel to one of the author's books, which would it be and what would it be about?
WELCOME TO TEMPTATION. In the end of the book, the siblings went their separate ways and started new chapters in their lives. I would love to see what situations they get into and how they end up.

7. What do you like about author's writing style?
Self discovery & insight mixed with humor and mystery. She can put things in the most human and humoring perspective. She also doesn't hold back on female sexuality. It is about time we are portrayed as classy women with high sex drives.

8. What are your favorite themes of this author?
The strong, independant women who have faced adversity and overcame it and still maintained their femininity, compassion. All of her female characters have great sex too.

9. What could be most improved about this authors books?
More involvement in the mystery. The romance is great but would like to see 60/40 instead of 80/20. The suspense and mystery should leave me thinking, "wow" instead of saying, "Oh - okay".

Something about yourself
I am a divorced mother of two in my late thirties. I don't have much time to read but when I do, I enjoy something that takes me away from the daily struggles and stresses and exports me to another place as a bystander --appreciating all the drama but not being IN the drama.
