Name Jane Van Fossan 1. Favorite book and why? always the last one 3. Favorite scene in favorite book and why? love the cats "the big one" ceremonial "hissy fit". 4. Favorite character and why? Quill - he's just so interesting and intelligent and generous. 5. Which character do you identify most with and why? probably Polly even though I am nothing like her, I admire her detachment and yet flirtatious way of handling Quill. 6. If you could see a sequel to one of the author's books, which would it be and what would it be about? I really don't care unless she suddenly decided to eliminate the cats from the story. 7. What do you like about author's writing style? She is so eclectic - she brings in little tantalizing bits about their meals, her descriptive powers, her writing is so easy to read, and so much fun. I love her characters. 8. What are your favorite themes of this author? the cats natch!
