It's the year 2007, hopefully, somebody,s got some new leads, on a new book.
All I've ever read so far, are veg promises, empty facts and deliberately misleading stories.
If anyone has some solid concrete information, I would very much like to hear it!
David Palmer, if you are still alive and kicking, surly you read your fan messages.
How about that new book?

I emailed Spider at his website. He wrote back saying he was forwarding my note to Mr. Palmer.

Spider Robinson refers to David R. Palmer as a close friend in the afterward to his new novel "Variable Star". (which is fantastic!)
Mr. Palmer seems to be alive, if not writing novels or short stories.

I agree with Kat. What say you Diogenes? You claim to have inside information but the reality is that we're still in the dark with no new publications. All this "buzz" and mystery does is frustrate and disappoint a paying audience- not the best business tactic if you're livelihood depends on loyal fans. (Which I'm sure Mr. Palmer's doesn't at this point.)
In the mean time Hitchhiker's Guide and anything by Pratchett or Niven is a safe re-read whilst waiting.

Another endorsement for you, Mr. Palmer. Loved Emergence. Seeking a copy of Threshhold. I encourage you to write more if encouragement is all you are lacking. If you don't want to write any more, you'll probably have to tell us so before we will actually give up hope. Diogenes sounds like he might know you personally (or be you?), maybe if you just told him to tell us?
Thanks, Kat

I remember reading Threshold back when I was only 11. And to this day I remember David Palmers name and that book. From the very first time I picked it up till the day it 'disapeared' I valued the story it had to tell. Nice to know there are others who apreciate the story David gave to us.
