i would like that to happen as well, but Libba would have to start a new series for that, maybe call the new series "The Realms" or something! i was really sad too!! i was very emotional for about a week!! i have a huge beautiful tree in my front yard and could not bring myself to look at it!!

well today i finished the trilogy of The Great and Terrible Beauty and i am very VERY SAD that Kartik is lost to the Tree of all Souls. it was great and all, but dont you think the whole self sacrifice is too much? all i want is a fourth book that some how brings Kartik out of that tree when Gemma returns to the realms to form the alliance. maybe together they can help save him, yes, that would be perfect! because i was really looking foward to seeing Gemma marrying Kartik in India! you know with the henna tatoos on her hands??

I dont think Libba Bray will make a fourth book. it would be drawing the whole story out too long. i loved the books though and i think the ending was great. how bittersweet was that part where she goes back n the tree is whispering her name? That was my favorite part, well next to the part where they kiss by the docks. have u guys seen the casting for the twilight movie? I didnt realize that kid playing jacob was my age. i always thought he was younger. But now i no he is n i can say hes hot. :) Breaking Dawn comes out August 2nd!

heartsdesire, i think philon could not make any rash decisions because "it was a hard time for them" and about Kartik (sorry if anything is mispelled)well he didn't want Gemma in trouble because the man Fowlson i think, Mccleathy and the rakshana were after her... you know.. sorry Libba if anything is realy misinterpreted, Enlish is my third language

OMG! the Gemma Doyle series really is the best since Harry Potter and I just need to read another. Please make a fourth book! I can't stand it that kartic died and i need to know what will happen to gemma in new york! I can't wait for the fourth book if libba bray decides to make it and it would be an awsome movie.

Dana- there won't definitely be a movie... in Hollywood, nothing is definite until you're sitting in the theatre seat watching it. But as of now, the scri[t is being finalised. It probably won't be out for a year or two, if they get their butts moving and cast it in the next year.c The director is working on another project right now. There's not official website because, as of now, there's no movie.

so does anyone know of some more good books? I recommend the Twilight trilogy which I am sure you have all already read. but seriously I need another good series besides that moon daughters one.
