There is no "Christmas Cottage" in the Thomas Kinkade series.

My sister and I love the Cape Light series. She thinks there is one called The Christmas Cottage, but I cannot find any evidence of this one. Does anyone know about this?

I'm new to the Cape Light series and enjoying them very much. In what book do they explain "Oliver's disgrace"?

Carolyn: Oliver's disgrace was that he embezzled funds from his business, lost the money, lost the business, lost the mansion, and Lillian lost her place of status in the community. Wealth and prestige was very important to her.

I just finished reading a christmas to remember...so what's the deal? WHAT was the big disaster that stuck...and How did Oliver disappoint and disgrace Lillian....? Crazy I re read it twice....it's just doesn't make any since... So what's the short????? I think time is valvable so get to the point of the disgrace and dispointment .......especially when the book ends. Merry Christmas & Happy New Year with a joyful beginning and ending.....

Have been going crazy trying to find the order of the cape light books -- finally did after finding this sight. However, according to other 'kinkade' sites that list all his books, i find books titled: 'katherine's story - a cape light novel' 3/2004; 'the girls of lighthouse lane - rose's story' 5/2004; 'amanda's story' 9/2004; 'lizabeth's story' 10/2005. Since 'katherine's story' title mentions cape light, wouldn't this be part of the series? although i believe it's not katherine spencer who writes these with kinkade. Can anyone shed any 'light' on this subject for me?! Love the series -- can't wait to read more of it! Thanks

I wanted to find out what was the name of the latest book release in the Cape Light series & what date it was released. I think I have read all of them but if there was one released since the one in early 2007 - then I have not read it - I have really enjoyed all of them & do not want to miss any of them - If book #9 will be the latest release then I look forward to it in October 2008. Thanks for the info.

Hi, I am very excited to hear there will be another Cape Light book. According to amazon, it comes out October 7th, 3 days before my birthday!!!! What a great birthday present LOL. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find a synopsis of the book. Thanks, Kelly

Yes. That is told in another book. Oliver basically caused their family to go bankrupt and move out of Liliac Manor.(Don't worry, this doesn't ruin any storyline in any other book).
