Sure, Daniel, it would be an honor to help you with this book. An Hour To Kill was my first experience in writing true crime. Billy and I worked very hard on the story, but had a lot of fun doing so. Would you like for me
to address the tone, theme, and symbol in the book?
Tone: Our perspective of the book was a
cautionary one; a warning that no one
is exempt from crime.
Theme: Be cautious of everyone. Never let your guard down, even with those you never suspect would do anything to harm you.
Symbols: Ken Register represents the two faces of good and evil. On one hand, he was well-liked, a high school football star and led the music in his church choir. But, on the other hand,
he was addicted to pornography, had an unbridled rage, and an evil heart. Only a small number of people knew that other side. Unfortunately, Crystal Todd received the full wrath of Ken Register's dark side.
Hope this helps, Daniel.

Thank you for your comments, however,
you might want to read the book before
issuing another judgment. I am sorry,
but I don't commit the crimes, I only write about them.

Mr. Hudson,
I am going to let you know that I think you are disgusting and very heartless. This is a very precious young man that was under the influence of mind altering drugs. He loved his grandparents more than anyone could ever be loved. I hope you realize he was only 12 years old at the time of this horrible incident and he had no control of what happened. I cannot believe you used a picture on the cover when he was 16 instead of 12. God has forgiven him and so have many many people including his family. I pray (and oh yes I am a praying woman)you are not able to sell this book.
