Iona is the sister of Harper's mom, I think, but they both regard her as an aunt. The TV series is TRUE BLOOD, Alan Ball is producing for HBO.

ok, this mustve been a mistake, in grave sight (paperback pg.146)it says iona is tollivers aunt,in grave suprise(pg. 212) says she is harpers aunt. Ok which is it/...p.s. i've loved everything i've read of m. harris' work and whats this about a t.v series?

This book would make a great movie because of all the suspense and action it has and because it was so good that I read it more than once.

Gilly, check with my new English publisher, Gollanz. I didn't understand your reference to "siced."
The casting for the series has not yet been done -- should be quite soon.

I am completly hooked on the sookie stakhouse book i actullay read all 6 in 6 days, and really need to read the next book. My favorite character after sookie is Eric. They made a good couple. Do you know who is going to play any of your character in the up coming series

Hi, have quite recently found the sookie stackhouse books and am totally addicted. Some of the words I don't actually understand but get the general meaning. What does 'sic' mean ? As in he 'sic'ed me straight away'? Or is it 'sec' ?
Could someone please let me know. Also, when will the books be more readily available in England ?
Many Thanks,
Gilly
