I thought A Great and Terrible Beauty was an excellent book. Not only did it have wittiness and relativity, but it gave me a sense that I knew the girls and how they felt about certain issues of society. This book confronts those issues head on and that is GREAT!!! I can't wait for the sequel!!!

Rebel Angels is the 2nd book. I liked the 1st one but when they were in the Realms did it remind you of anime?

I Loved this book It was the best book I have read in a long time. I am dying to read the sequal!!! Does Kartik remind anyone else of the Phantom from Phantom of the Opera? (Only younger and less murderous!)

I loved this book, it is truly a cativating combination between the supernatural and the victorian period. I cant wait for the rest of the trilogy! (I also cant wait to see if Kartik and Gemma are finally going to kiss for real!)

A Great and Terrible Beauty is actually part of a Trilogy. The next book will be called Rebel Angels and will be written (of course) but Libba Bray. It is going to be released August 23, 2005. I too have fallen in love with this book! IT WAS AWESOME!
