In the back of the book, there is an interveiw with Terry Pratchett and he says that "the Nac Mac Feegle are, well, they're like tiny little Scottish Smufs who have seen Bravehart altogether too many times." Oh! he also says that there is going to be one more Tiffany Aching book.

I just got a box from a friend I used to live with, containing my lost copy of Interesting Times. I'd forgotten how funny Cohen and the Silver Horde were.

I'm reading "Hat Full Of Sky" and a thought came to me today, were the Wee Free Men inspired by the Smufs? Think about it, little blue men, only one female in the bunch. What do any of you think?

-MASKERADE...THE OPERA!- Hello everyone, Yes, it's true. After being interpreted in many different mediums, The Discworld is now coming to you in a new opera based on the novel "Maskerade". This project has been given the approval of Mr. Terry Pratchett himself, and it is shaping up to be a fantastic theatrical event. The production dates are June 22 - 25th, 2005 (4 performances) On the Shoctor stage at the Citadel Theatre Edmonton, Alberta, Canada You can find out more about this production at www . maskeradetheopera . com (There's not a whole lot there now, but keep an eye on the website as it is updated.) Cheers

I made my mom buy me Going Postal for Christmas. I love it, but is it just me or are the Discworld books getting a bit darker and more macabre as the series goes on?
