i must ask if any of you have read White as Snow, by Tanith Lee (if you haven't, don't). May i just say that it is at the top of my list of 'worst books i've ever read'. i felt...traumatized at the end of it. :) is her other stuff good? I must confess i have never considered her other work after white as snow.

Hi there- Biting the Sun, Silver Metal Lover and Vivia are WONDERFUL books to read - I like how each world in Tanith Lee's books are different and how she can write books for gradeschoolers to adult fantasy! I believe I got in to Tanith Lee when I picked up Black Unicorn at a school book fair back in 6th grade... I'm 22 now so .. that was a long time ago. I have been searching eagerly for more and more books by her and luckily found more to add to my humble collection. I am currently reading The Claidi Journals: vol 1 - Wolf Tower and I am enjoying it highly! This is one of her books that is aimed more for young adult readers. I just love her work, so I enjoy how complex it is even if I am older! Now is i want some dark stories, I'll just pick up my copy of White as Snow and freak my self out! Sci-fi, fantasy, horror... this lady can do it all!
