I'm reading In Death and trueheart is in it, didn't he die in a previous story or did he recover from a serious injury. I remember his mom telling dallas "he died doing what he loved" Can someone verify?

I think Eve's past came out slowly, over time. As Roarke's did. Some of it she didn't remember and as the books and characters progress, so does her memory. This is one of the best series I have ever read. I can't wait untill Tuesday Feb 20th for Innocent In Death.

They met in the very first book. He was a suspect in her murder investigation.
