Has there been any announcements regarding Jack Whyte doing a Book Tour for 'The Eagle'. I have been reading the newspaper, watching the TV, and listening to the radio but no indication thus far. Has anyone seen/read/heard anything?

I've been truly blessed in finding your books in one of my favorite second hand stores, for a steal at that, all six for 22 dollars. I have to say they are truly enthralling. I can't count the nights I've stayed awake reading them. I wish every book I read was as entertaining and educational as this series. I've made my way through the first two and half way through the third. Don't worry I no longer scrounge through dust shelves for copies or your wonderful knowledge... I've been anxiously waiting for anything new I could get my hands on and wouldn't you know that just as the holidays begun my wish came true and Eagle was released and I got it from Santa as the best present ever.... the only problem is that I can't read fast enough or find enough time in the day to get to it quicker.

hello mr jack whyte i just received your book in hardcover. it is called Clothar the Frank. i got it as a blind kris kringle gift at my christmas staff party. the young man who bought your book does not know you and your books and he never reads books period....he just happened to select this book of the three thousand others at the bookstore. I too do not know you or your works but i do like to read. I wasn't planning on reading the book until a friend told me that Merlin is one of his favourite people ever and then when i read the sleeve of the book and saw the words "building the 1st christian church in britain" i just knew i had to read this book now. i have only read the first 70 pages but i just wanted to say thank you very much for writing a book that i get to read right now at the right place in the right time in my life. stay tuned! the asianmonk

For those not aware yet, the final book in Jack's Arthurian saga is available in Canada. I don't think there's a release date announced yet for the rest of the world. It's Canadian title is "The Eagle". I have no idea whether this title will change for international printings. If you don't want to wait for it internationally, I would recommend you order it through Northwest Passages.
