I found this post somewhere else on the board. If someone had a video from TV, they should sell it on ebay!!!

Hello all. I did a little investigating, and I have some sad news. There is no way to purchase "The Cay" with James Earl Jones. It has not been released to the public. There is a production company that is trying to gain the rights, but has not yet been successful. It was a made for TV movie, so if anybody has a copy it's because they taped it off of the TV!!!

I posted that I am still looking for the movie. Emily Minro said in her post that she had it. Hey Emily, I would love a copy. Tell us how you got it.

Our teacher has just finished reading "The Cay". We LoVeD it! We were all wondering if you have ever gone back. At the end of the book, you say "Someday, I'll charter a schooner out of Panama and explore the Devil's mouth. I hope to find the lonely little island where Timothy is buried." Did you ever go back, and if you did, what was it like? Thank you! -HFE's 6th grade class
