I have to agree with Sarah, does the release have to be so far away :-( I'm really looking forward to it.

I miss McLeod's Daughters so much...any news yet on it airing here in the U.S.? It is like I have lost contact with an old friend.

Sad to say Ive not check this board for ages. Waist deep in history/journalism essays. Am very much looking forward to Freya Dane. Does the release really have to be so far away?

it's been a while since I've been to the board, so hi, Carlene and Stacy. Carlene, I hope to be back in the US mid next year for launch of my next book, Freya Dane, so, you never know! Stacey, sorry to say, no further news about McLeods. It's taking its time to find the series a new home in the States but... I remain an optimist. Thanks to both of you for your support of my work. Posie

We here in the states were very upset about the cancellation of McLeod's Daughters. Do you know if McLeod's is being picked up by another station? We'd really love to see it on our TVs again! Thanks!

Hi Carlene - thanks for making contact again. And, just to let you know, The Beloved is published in the States as The Uncrowned Queen. And, if you dream of writing - that's all you have to do. Write! Low tech for sure but if you write a bit even one day a week, you might just end up with a book. That's how I started. Good luck. Posie

Thank you Mrs. Evans for responding. You are truly an inspiring writer and I hope one day I will have the honor of meeting you. I dream of becoming a writer that can measure up to your standards. I'm trying to find your book, The Beloved and some day I will write stories that are as enchanting, and passionate as your stories. Thank You for everything! Keep writing! Love Carlene, NYC

Hello Carlene, have just seen your lovely comments about my books. I'm very happy that you've enjoyed all three. I, too, think they might make interesting TV. However, these books would be massive undertakings so could all take a bit of time... Will keep ev'one posted if early discussions go anywhere interesting. Thanks again for your support. Posie

I love the trilogy, it is amazing. I couldnt put any of the books down. I gave the books to my mother and she loved the trilogy as well. I am a big fan of Phillipa Gregory books, however I love Anne's story and the passion she and the king share. I would deffinitly love if there would be a television series based on the trilogy. This is one idea I would deffinitly love to see on networks like HBO. Mrs. Posie Graeme Evans...please think about it!
