I am legally blind and therefore receive all my books from the state library on tone indexed audio cassettes. When I was blessed to receive the first in the series, "Cape Light", I began listening to it and just could not "put it down". I just love the storyline and feel as though all the characters are wonderful friends of mine. I have since received and "read" "Home Song" and just today sadly finished "A Gathering Place". I truly cherish this wonderful series and can't wait to experience the next book. Thanks for letting us know there are more books to come. I truly wish we could follow these characters forever! Thanks to Thomas Kinkade and Katherine Spencer for sharing your gifts with all of us!

The only thing is that I wish the authors had numbered the books to make it easier to follow the order.

I just finished reading a gathering place - I read the books out of order - in 1 book it talks about Jessica having had a miscarriage but I don't remember it actually happening in any of the books. Did I miss something?

That's great news! How were you able to find out? I've been emailing everyone with no luck at all. I'm going to the library tomorrow to reserve a copy! Thanks for posting the info!

I see that the saga of the townfolks can continue on and I surely hope there is more. Jessica hasn't had her baby yet, and Sara and Luke haven't gotten married yet. Maybe Dr. Ezra and lillian will end up married, LOL. I really love the series.
