Why was The Face on the Milk Carton banned? I have this report and I can't find out why and what was your opinion on this? Last but not least what was the outcome?

Caroline B.Cooney is not a good author. I had to read this book for school and i hated it completely. I find it hard to read her books. They annoy. Especially "Flash Fire." People do not want to see other people die, get hurt, or loose all their belongings. If people do they are sick people. Plus the people are not realistic and not bright at all. A girl almost dies for a horse(horses do not have feelings). Then later a boy actually dies for ashes of someone who is kind of strange. Then a woman who can not accept the daughter the way she is. That last part might happen but only for the messed up families. If someone sees this and has not read the book do yourself a favor and do not read it no matter what. I have not read any other books by Caroline B. Cooney and this just might be a bad apple if you know what I mean. However I will not be reading another book by Caroline B. Cooney.

the book was banned because of sexual content, talk of the cult, and that's it. STUPID!
