Anyway I think your great! If you get a chance (some time) listen to this song " Close the Door " by Teddy Pendergas. And let me know if you like it,? I know its not Frankie or Deano but for some reason I think you'll like it! In-friendship CHARLIE from Pittsburgh ( S. I am such a Lisa Scottoline fan! I have read almost every book. I am now reading Running from the Law. I think the only other one that I have not read is Final Appeal. I love the characters you write about; they are so real. Their detective antics sometimes are unbelieveable, but so enjoyable. I will so look forward to your new book Dirty Blonde in 2006! Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Anthony and Charlie, You are both too sweet. Thanks for all the kind words. Anthony, I'm so happy that you enjoyed Mistaken Identity. Dead Ringer is a follow-up to that book, in case you did not read it yet, I thought you would like to know. Thanks gentlemen for reading me. Best, L.

"Mistaken Identity" is absolutely brillant. The part where Alice reveals that she's Bennie's twin is absolutely great. Thanks again, Lisa, for an OUTSTANDING book.

Great to hear from all of you, and thank you so much for reading me. I will try my best to keep up with my posting, and answer as many questions as possible. My books are, from earliest to most recent; Everywhere That Mary Went, Final Appeal, Running From the Law, Legal Tender, Rough Justice, Mistaken Identity, Moment of Truth, The Vendetta Defense, Courting Trouble, Dead Ringer, Killer Smile, Devil's Corner and upcoming in 2006, Dirty Blonde. While you don't have to read my books in order, most of my books up until Devil's Corner, have recurring characters, so many people prefer to read them in the order they were written. Devil's Corner and Dirty Blonde are both stand-alone novels, with brand new characters. As for the foul language, I admit my earliest novels do contain some foul language. Many people have written to me about the foul language, and I'm happy to tell you that your letters can...and do... make a difference. In my more recent novels (starting with The Vendetta Defense) I have nearly eliminated all the harsh language. Thanks to all of you who have taken the time to not only read me, but write me. Your letters make me a better writer, and I am truly grateful to hear from you all. Thank you for taking the time to read and discuss my books. I feel truly honored. Love, L.

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading all your novels! I am a big fan. Did I miss something? In "Killer Smile", Mary has become a widow!? When was she married??? I am an identical twin and hope you continue to connect Bennie and Alice. Lots of options for you! :) Alanna

Lisa 2 of the 4 people who posted messages after my 7/04 message want the same as I do - a list of your books in order written. Could you please provide us with that list? Thank you, Carol

I have read many of your books and like the other opinions would like to read them in order. They are all very good. Bennie is my favorite character; she is funny and task oriented. They are really a great read! Thanks so much.
