Where would be a good place to find reviews and discussions on Hemingway style of writing?

With the books of Hemingway you have to have an enormous imagination and you have to take time and read the book to really understand it.

What is Ernest Hemingway's tone throughout "The Sun also rises" What are some examples?

Although the word sea in Spanish (el mar) is masculine, the sailors in Cuba use to call it “la mar” (feminine), giving it a poetical approach. On the contrary, fish is masculine: “el pez” or “el peje”, as the fishermen commonly call it.

Futility is a part of the message, the elusiveness of success. You spend your whole life waiting for your big break, you struggle, you persevere, you keep on keeping on, you finally win--and then you watch it all fall apart to some pissant little twist of fate. The cruelty of the world we live in works. Vicki--"His writing completely s*cks?" This is Ernest Hemingway here! He contributed more to the world while taking a nap than some people do in a year! The grammatical "errors" served a deliberate function, to illustrate the limitations of the neat, tidy little rules we think govern life.

His writing completely s*cks. Talk about all the grammatical errors in his book "A Farewell to Arms." I hated the book and could not undertand what he was talking about.
