I would love to see you write a book about a young girl who grows up in Florence during the renaissance...the soul you could infuse it with would be spectacular. Also, a story about someone in the Concord of the trancendentalists would be fun. Your understandiung of the mystical side of life is grounded and heartfelt...you write it well. Thank you.

Received the UCR catalog and found your course. I was thrilled. I hope one day to meet you.
I lived in RIV approx 6 months before moving near Redlands, now waiting to hear the response to the requested 3 chapters to an agent.

Kathryn, I have read Sing to me of Dreams at least 12 times. I'm in love with this book. I want to thank you for such a beautiful book about the human spirit and how one can go on. I know that I will read it always. I am sooo happy that the second book will be out. I hope that you will keep us posted on the release date.
