I finished reading this novel a few weeks ago and found it brillant. It is very slow to star off with but build up greatly in the end. Great use of characters and the story is very well constructed.

Is there anything in the book Prodigal Daughter which could have prompted a deranged Fan to attempt to murder Lord Archers secretary? Or other Archer books.
