I am two thirds into the Dublin sequel, and though it is yet another tome from Edward, I find it difficult to put down. Once again the author has struck the right chord,mixing fact with fiction in such a way as to make the whole saga utterly believable . I don't know what or where his next subject will be, but I shall certainly buy it as soon as it is published.

Now that Edward Rutherfurd has finished tackling Ireland, does anyone know which will be the principal location in his next novel?

I am an avid reader of all Mr Rutherfurd's wonderful novels. May I humbly suggest a unique subject for his next novel. Malta!! my own little island country with a history dating back to prehistoric times (evidenced by the temples) followed by periods of dominance by the Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans, Arabs, Spanish, Knights of St John, French and finally the British up to Independence in 1964.
What do you think?

The Rebels of Ireland, part 2 of the Dublin saga, is being released Feb. 28. I can't wait!

Yeah, the book is extremely hard to read, boring as anything, confusing, and why anyone would voluntarily read this (AKA not forced to read it for school) is beyond my comprehension.

If you like the writting style of Edward Rutherford then the story telling of Frank Delaney's book Ireland will help you fill the gap till ER releases his saga to Dublin.

The Princes of Ireland, The Dublin Saga
is the US title of Dublin foundation?
