These books were amazing. Changed my Outlook on love. I have a better appreciation for the Muslim culture. And this book helped me find my daughters mame.
BTW SS finished the Porsche Santiaga story as well as Midnight 3 be on the lookout for those. She's also been in meetings to finally get the Coldest Winter Ever on screen!

I did not like this book. I felt it really put down black men and women. I never saw the "love story" in it. I do not condone 16 year olds getting married.
Islam is not the only religion. It put down other religions.

I really love all of her books. They just consume you, i love how she makes you feel as though you can see everything like your watching the best movie ever made, and you just can't turn it off. However i really hated the end of the last book I hated how he married Chiasa i wanted him to keep a special bond with Akemi. I gues it just went agianst my own Christian beliefs and my feelings on marriage. Never the less I Loved the book i just hated the ending. It's funny in some weird way i felt betrayed by the way it ended I totaly did not expect it.

I am so moved by this book. I think SS has really demonstrated her literary skills with this one. She leaves no questions unanswered and really gives her character, Midnight, his own voice. There were a lot of issues that I had with his religion that she really shed light on through him. I have not been able to put this book down. I often times forget that her characters are only teenagers. Their maturity makes the book more universal. Kudos to SS!

I thoroughly enjoyed the new book, “Midnight and the meaning of love”. There needs to be a part 3. The last paragraph of the book left an unanswered question of which I hope “we” get the answer to in real soon. Great Job Souljah!!!

I'm reading Midnight the meaning of Love too. Big surprise lol. There is a tag that has Akemi reading the letter. When i try hearing it on my iPhone it sends me to a blank page. Is it only my phone not letting me hear it?

I am reading Midnight & the meaning of love, it's the follow up story - part 2. I've been waiting and following up on when part 2 would be released. I am half way done with the book and can not put it down. The story picks right up from the first book, love it! I LOVE MIDNIGHT! This man is like no man I know, but should. I want to thank SS for your contributions to American literature. I've enjoyed reading all of SS books. She is a wonderful writer. I recommend reading part 2!
