Since the last Manor House Mystery was just released recently "An Unmentionable Murder", does anyone agree that Pennyfoot Hotel should be resurrected?? Kate Kingsbury is a delightful writer, and as a voracious reader she is as the top of my list of favorites in the British Cozy genre. Cecily, Bax, where are you??

To Linda Riha and other Pennyfoot fans! I agree there should be a rebirth of this marvelous series! Please Kate/Doreen, consider this! Or perhaps a "spinoff" featuring GERTIE and the gang in Scotland with Cecily and Hugh close by? Just a thought! Anyway this is one series I never tire of re-reading.

Why oh why are there no more "Pennyfoot" Mysteries? I loved all those characters! Can't you PLEASE consider a "rebirth"?

Does anyone else adore this series as I do? After reading (or re-reading!)one of the books I get the urge to don an Edwardian gown and walk along the esplanade to take tea at Dolly's Tea Shop! As I read I picture various actresses and actors portraying these well-developed characters. Stephen Fry would HAVE to be Bax! Cecily? Perhaps Emma Thompson? Anyway I was so hoping that "No Clue At the Inn" would develop into a new series with Cecily and Hugh Baxter once again doing what they do best! Alas, it doesn't appear to be happening. Kate/Doreen is a writer who knows how to write so the reader is THERE. Okay, enough said. Any responses from other Edwardian/Victorian period fans?

Hi there, I read the book but I forget why Cecily decided to sell the Pennyfoot Hotel. Can anyone help? Thanks
