I thought I'd try an downloaded book to see what is available. I think my nine year old with a thesaurus would do better. The purpose of vocabulary is to express not impress ones ability to use a thesuarus and misuse words.
Boring , unimaginative at best

I really love this series....it's obvious that the talented author lived in Hawaii and has a full grasp of the "local kine stuffs". Aloha!
